Which internet service provider is the best to use for great downloads, and great overall speed for a vista?

dont say people pc, or aol or anything, and i dont want anythnig that has to do with dial up, and i dont want wireless either, casue i dont want to go out and buy an insanely priced router, preferably something along the lines of dsl

well there are 2 choices
dsl and comcast cable
i say comcast is by far the fastest but also a little more expensive
dsl is a slower and cheaper version of comcast.
i reccomend the comcast cable box because it is great speed, and you dont need to buy a wireless router you can connect it to your computer with a cord.
he means - cable in your area - like my only choice here is road runner - and his is comcast - but he is right
Cable is much faster than dsl, dsl is decent and you can get around there internet speed but cable is way better.
